The food was amazing, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Everything was new and very clean, and the eco-friendly design was impressive. The gym was a nice bonus, and we were able to enjoy it during our stay. The location was convenient to nearby attractions. We also appreciated being able to have a late check-out, which allowed us to maximize our last day.
Due to inclement weather, the rooftop was closed during our stay, which was a disappointment. We also had to change rooms, which was handled professionally but could have been avoided.

The luxurious amenities and exceptional service at this hotel exceeded our expectations. The Spa & wellness centre was top-notch, offering a variety of treatments including massages, body wraps, and facials. The stunning spa lounge was a relaxing haven, complete with steam rooms and Turkish baths.
Although our room was well-designed and equipped with exclusive facilities, the outdoor dining area was closed due to the weather. However, the staff made up for it with their exceptional service, attentive to our every need.
